June 2026: Dance fitness with Rose!

Dear friends of WEmpowered CIC, welcome back from the half term break!

This week we have women’s dance fitness with our volunteer instructor Rose, the free Friday session at the Leys Leisure Centre, 9.30-10.30. If it’s your first time, you are most welcome! Just go to reception and ask for the women’s fitness class upstairs (lift available).

Rose’s music-based class is friendly, fun and full of energy! Everyone is invited to join and try out the exercises to their level and ability. To help make the session accessible, mommas can bring their children along (parent/guardian supervision required).

With upbeat songs, these classes give an extra boost to the day, helping improve mood and even increase brain power. Every second week, Marta voluntarily offers a body conditioning session – these different types of exercise compliment each other.
